Basic BBQ Rub

This is a quick and easy basic rub, goes well on poultry and pork. Keeps well in a sealed container.

Ingredients:

• 4 tablespoons chili powder
• 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
• 1 tablespoon sea salt
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons onion powder
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon mustard powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together, and store in a sealed container in a cool dry place.
